Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the https://quantixalabs.com website or any of its associated services, including the EdSoftiXa platform (the "Service"), operated by QuantixaLabs ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
1. Accounts & Subscriptions
When you create an account with us (e.g., by signing up for a "Free" or "Pro" plan for EdSoftiXa), you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
2. Subscription Plans & Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or yearly), as selected on the Pricing Page.
(Note: Payment processing terms will be added here once a payment gateway is integrated. All payments are generally non-refundable.)
We reserve the right to change our subscription plan prices at any time. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any price changes.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and all its original content (including the QuantixaLabs and EdSoftiXa names, logos, software, and AI models), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QuantixaLabs. Our Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Bangladesh and foreign countries.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.
4. User Content (Comments & Submissions)
Our Service may allow you to post content (e.g., blog comments, support tickets). You retain ownership of any content you post, but you grant us a worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law.
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, reverse-engineer, or disrupt any part of the Service.
- To transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall QuantixaLabs, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
